Hendrix College used a 13-6 run late in the game to pull out a 74-65 win over the Eagles. The Warriors outscored the Eagles 26-18 in the fourth quarter. After three quarters of play, Hendrix held a 48-47 lead and then took advantage of 19 free throw opportunities in the fourth. Hendrix hit 14-of-19 to successfully fend off the Eagles. Ozarks trailed 32-31 at halftime. Freshman Destinee Manning posted a double-double in her collegiate debut, scoring 12 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Four players reached double figures in scoring for Ozarks.
Hendrix outscored Ozarks 26-18 in the fourth quarter behind a 14-of-19 performance from the free throw line. Hendrix shot 50 percent from the floor in three quarters. Ozarks never reached above 40 percent in any quarter.
Freshman Destinee Manning posted a double-double in her collegiate debut, scoring 12 points and grabbing 13 rebounds.
Ozarks launched 21 three-pointers, hitting eight.
