Overview: Facing a 4-0 deficit late in the game, the Eagles pulled off an incredible 9-7 come-from-behind win over Louisiana College Saturday. The Eagles scored all nine runs in the bottom of the sixth to secure a wild game three against the Wildcats. Louisiana College held a 1-0 lead all the way until the sixth inning when the visitors added three runs to push the advantage to 4-0. But the Eagles rallied behind seven hits and two walks in the bottom half of the sixth. The Eagles started the memorable inning with a pair of hits and back-to-back walks. The second walk was followed by a sacrifice fly and a single. With the bases loaded again, Jaela Martin recorded a single to drive in another run. Megan Madden reached on a fielder's choice and Hailey Ostrander singled in two runs to keep the rally going. Paige Lee produced the final runs with a two-run double and then scored on an error. The Wildcats did generate three runs in the top of the seventh. Lee went 3-for-4 with two RBI. Candace Rogers pitched the final 1.1 innings to receive the win.
