GAME ONE
Overview:
Clarksville, Ark. – Hendrix College overcame an early deficit to upend the Eagles 5-3 in game one on Wednesday night. The Eagles went ahead 1-0 in the first inning on Skylar Ward's sacrifice bunt. But Hendrix responded with two runs in the fourth to take a 2-1 advantage. The Eagles answered back with a run in the bottom of the fourth on an infield error. Hendrix posted two more runs in the fifth to take the lead for good. The Eagles offense generated two hits in the game. Morgan Haupt took the loss in the circle and struck out 12. Ward had a pair of RBI.

GAME TWO
Overview:
Hendrix rallied for a 8-6 come-from-behind win in game two by scoring four runs in the seventh inning. Olivia Reed had an RBI single in the second and Jessye Rowland had an RBI double in the third inning to give the Eagles a 2-0 lead. Hendrix fought back to take a 4-2 advantage in the fourth. The Eagles produced three runs in the fifth behind two hits and a trio of Hendrix errors. Karsyn Tencleve had an RBI double and Reed followed with a two-run double to grab a 5-4 lead. The Eagles added an insurance run in the sixth on a bases loaded hit by pitch from Gracie Jones. However, Hendrix scored all four runs with two outs in the seventh. The Eagles left ten runners on base. Reed finished 3-for-4 with three RBI.
