THE BASICS 
The Eagles competed in the 8K University of Arkansas Chile Pepper Festival on Saturday in Fayetteville. The Eagles placed 17th overall. Daniel Sanderson posted a top-10 finish running a 26:55.5 for eighth place overall. Zackery Donlen followed with a time of 30:01.4 for 90th place. Jace McAbee ran a 30:11.6 to place 94th overall. Ruben Parra was 148th overall with a time of 32:39.7 and Zachary Wilson was 197th with a time of 37:23.2.
