Garland, Texas – The men's swim and dive program completed day two at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Swim and Dive Championships in Texas.
 
The Eagles placed seventh in the 400 medley relay swimming a 3:55.37. Several Eagles swam in time trials Thursday. Tyler Young posted a time of 2:22.65 in the 200 IM. Alan Ramirez swam a 28.18 in the 50 free. Tyler Hamrick swam a 1:10.21 in the 100 breaststroke. Jack Lopez (100 fly, 58.97), Ethan Spillers (100 fly, 52.93), Nathan Jennings (400 IM, 5:16.59), Spillers (100 breaststroke, 59.19), Hamrick (100 back, 1:00.27) and Ramirez (100 back, 1:08.68) all competed in the prelims. 

After one day, the men stand in eighth place with 70 points. 

The Championships continue tomorrow beginning at 10:30 a.m.
