Clarksville, Ark. – The wrestling team put up a strong showing on Saturday morning for Senior Day taking a 37-14 win against Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa. 

The Eagles posted four straight wins to open the dual. Shelton Chastain got the Eagles off to a positive start recording a tech fall against Jimmy Swenson at 125. Javin Douglas followed with a fall against John Marriott at 133. At 141, Luke Adams defeated Jude Robinson on a tech fall. At 149, Ethan Norton had a fall against Cameron Crittenden. Later in the match, Jemarion Moore Kingsberry won by decision against Ian Mitchell at 174. Nawab Singh then posted a fall against Keaton Belsha at 184. In the heavyweight match, Ka`Ron Lewis got a fall against Christian Clark.

The Eagles will travel to Illinois for the Pete Willson-Wheaton College Invitational January 30-31.
