Conway, Ark. - The University of the Ozarks men's swim team competed at the 57th Annual Hendrix Classic on Saturday in Conway and placed fourth overall. 

In the 200-Yard Medley Relay, the Eagles placed seventh overall swimming a 1:48.59. In the 400-Yard Freestyle Relay, the Eagles were fifth tallying a time of 4:01.46.

In the 1,000-Yard Freestyle, Nathan Jennings placed sixth swimming a 12:07.77. In the 200-Yard Freestyle, Vince Marshall was seventh after posting a time of 1:57.16 and Aleks Atieh was twelfth swimming a 2:12.33. In the 50-Yard Freestyle, John Novinger was fourteenth swimming a 24.92. In the 200-Yard Individual Medley, Sawyer Rudisill placed fourteenth with a time of 2:21.73 and DJ Vergara was sixteenth with a time of 2:32.71. In the 200-Yard Butterfly, Nathan Jennings posted a time of 2:20.60 for seventh place. In the 100-Yard Freestyle, John Novinger was eighteenth with a time of 56.98, Aleks Atieh was twenty-first with a time of 57.90 and Troy Mckaskle was twenty-second with a time of 1:03.16. In the 200-Yard Backstroke, Vince Marshall placed fourth overall swimming a 2:04.48. In the 500-Yard Freestyle, DJ Vergara placed ninth swimming a 6:12.28. In the 200-Yard Breaststroke, Troy Mckaskle posted a time of 2:59.99 for fifteenth place.
