Clarksville, Ark. - The University of the Ozarks will look for a three-peat at the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Wrestling Championships this weekend in Eureka, Illinois.
The Eagles took the 2024 Championships edging host institution Eureka College. The Eagles followed with another title in 2025, which came in Clarksville, for a repeat title. Last season, the Eagles won by a huge margin against second-place Westminster College (137.5 to 90). The Eagles had seven wrestlers advance to the finals and each won the individual conference title. Three of those return to defend their titles:
Shelton Chastain,
Javin Douglas and
Hayden Rofkahr. The Eagles have had as many as seven wrestlers regionally-ranked during the 2025-2026 season. Chastain (125) leads the team with 25 wins while Douglas (133) is just behind with 22 wins.
Ka'Ron Lewis (285) has been nationally-ranked all season and enters with a 15-4 record this season.
The Men's Championships will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 14.
