San Antonio, Texas - The University of the Ozarks women's and men's clay target team placed tenth at the ACUI/SCTP Clay Target National Championships in San Antonio.
The Eagles had a score of 2700 for 22nd place overall with over 100 teams competing. The Eagles were placed in the Division 2 category where they finished tenth. Over 1,000 shooters competed in the four-day event. The Eagles finished among the top-10 in Doubles Skeet, Doubles Trap, Super Sporting, Skeet and Sporting Clay.
On the men's side,
Ayden Pollock was the team's HOA with 554, placing him 55th overall. In ladies HOA,
Joelle Peterson hit 517 to lead the team and place 38th overall. Pollock was named an All-American for his performance at the championships.
In American Trap, the Eagles were 28
th with 482.

th with a 99 to lead the team.
