San Antonio, Texas - The University of the Ozarks women's and men's clay target team placed tenth at the ACUI/SCTP Clay Target National Championships in San Antonio. 
     
The Eagles had a score of 2700 for 22nd place overall with over 100 teams competing. The Eagles were placed in the Division 2 category where they finished tenth. Over 1,000 shooters competed in the four-day event. The Eagles finished among the top-10 in Doubles Skeet, Doubles Trap, Super Sporting, Skeet and Sporting Clay.

On the men's side, Ayden Pollock was the team's HOA with 554, placing him 55th overall. In ladies HOA, Joelle Peterson hit 517 to lead the team and place 38th overall. Pollock was named an All-American for his performance at the championships.

In American Trap, the Eagles were 28^th with 482. Riley Walerak was 67^th with a 99 to lead the team. Ayden Pollock (97) followed and rounding out the team was Kinley Cox (96), Daton Pinkston (95) and Logan Wilson (95).
 
In Sporting Clays, the Eagles placed 29^th with 392. Top scorers were Riley Walerack (80), Daton Pinkston (80), Tyler Treadway (78), Ayden Pollock (77) and Joelle Peterson (77).

In American Skeet, the Eagles were 41st with a score of 470. Scoring for the Eagles were Joelle Peterson (95), Tyler Treadway (95), Ayden Pollock (94), Daton Pinkston (93) and Eric Johnson (93).

In Super Sporting, the Eagles placed 17^th overall. The team's top shooters included Tyler Treadway (95), Ayden Pollock (95), Daton Pinkston (94), Riley Walerak (86) and Alex Beck (86).
 
In Doubles American Trap, the Eagles finished 25^th. The team leaders included Ayden Pollock (96), Daton Pinkston (89), Tyler Chandler (89), James McGill (85) and Tyler Treadway (83).  
 
In Doubles American Skeet, the Eagles were 16^th. The team leaders included Ayden Pollock (95), Daton Pinkston (93), Eric Johnson (92), Tyler Treadway (90) and Joelle Peterson (88).
