2025: Ran a 21:37.91 at the Memphis Twilight XC Classic for a Top 60 finish. Ran a 26:50.66 at the Rhodes College Invitational for 27th place. Was the highest finisher with a 25:21.86 at the U of O Invitational for second place. Ran a 25:10.40 at the Mississippi College Watson Classic for sixth place. Was the highest finisher with a 25:19.90 at the SCAC Championships for fifth place. Ran a 26:42.10 at the NCAA D3 Midwest Regional Championships for a Top 80 finish. Set a program record in the 8k with a 26:42.10. Personal record time 21:26.73 in the four mile. Personal record time 25:19.90 in the 8k. Named SCAC Runner of the Week. Named to the SCAC All-Conference Team. Named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll. 

Clarksville HS: Won three cross country state championships. Won the state championship in the 1600 three times. Also won the 3200 state championship two times. Posted a 25:30 in the 8K and a 15:17 in the 5K.

Arkansas State University: In 2023, ran in the Rhodes Invitational 8K (26:59.59) placing 21st and the Memphis Twilight Classic. In 2024, placed 45th at the Sun Belt Championships. Ran a 25:39.9 in the 8K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational.

Arkansas State University Track:
2024 Outdoor - Placed 13th in the 10,000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 32:48.51. Runner-up in the 5000 meters at the Music City Challenge, finishing in 15:29.57. Clocked an outdoor-best 15:21.11 to place fifth in the 5000 meters at the UAB Spring Invitational.
 
2024 Indoor - Recorded season-best times of 8:52.19 in the 3000 meters at the Jaguar Invitational and 15:29.11 in the 5K at the Commodore Challenge.
 
2025 Outdoor - Placed third in the 5000 meters at the Alumni Classic, running 15:59.63. Ran a season-best 15:31.98 at the Crimson Tide Invitational. Recorded a time of 33:15.91 in the 10,000 at the WashU Distance Carnival.
