  • Led Bears to nine straight conference championship tournaments
  • Won the 2015 conference championship and advanced to the NCAA regional championship 
  • Defeated six nationally ranked teams and had the program's first wins over SEC and ACC opponents
  • Had over 40 All-Conference players
  • Coached conference Pitcher of the Year, Conference Hitter of the Year and Newcomer of the Year
  • Over 25 of his players earned conference All-Academic team honors

At Delta State University

  • Accumulated 368 wins
  • Guided program to ten straight conference championship tournaments and an NCAA II regional championship appearance
  • Had a 49-win campaign
  • Named the GSC West Division Coach of the Year in 2005 and 2006
  • Coached two All-Americans
  • Had 21 All-Region selections and 64 All-Gulf South Conference selections

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College

  • Guided program to three consecutive playoff appearances
  • 2023 team won 39 games
  • His teams produced two All-Americans, five All-Region performers and 13 All-Conference selections
