Clarksville, Ark. – The Eagles won their third conference game in a row with a 89-81 win over Concordia University Texas on Thursday night. The Eagles shot nearly 58 percent from the field in the game and
Tim Eldridge hit 5-of-6 from the three-point line. The Eagles held a narrow 50-47 lead at halftime behind a 19-of-30 (63%) shooting performance from the field. Concordia had a couple of leads early in the second half, but the Eagles established a strong offensive game to counter. The Eagles held a ten point advantage on
Justice Marmara's layup with less than seven minutes to play. A dunk by
Jacques Njeanwobe put the Eagles in front 84-69 with 2:33 to play and seal the win for Ozarks.
Tim Eldridge shot 8-of-12 from the field to finish with 25 points.
Josh Ukpe had 20 points and 13 rebounds.

The Eagles owned the final 15 minutes of the game after Concordia took a lead early in the second half.
