HOW IT HAPPENED
Clarksville, Ark. – Addison Featherstone connected on a penalty kick early in the second half to help the Eagles to a 1-1 tie against conference opponent Concordia University Texas on Sunday. The Eagles and Tornados went into halftime tied 0-0, but both teams would score within the first ten minutes of the second half. The Eagles were awarded a penalty kick in the 46th minute and Featherstone calmy ripped it past the goalkeeper for the match's first score. The lead didn't last long though as Concordia scored in the 55th minute. From there, neither team was able to connect on a goal. Concordia would take four second half shots while the Eagles had three.

Concordia responded with a goal ten minutes after the Eagles took a 1-0 lead from a penalty kick.
