Seguin, Texas - The Eagles encountered a battle in Texas with Concordia University Texas and Texas Lutheran University dropping both matches 3-0 but showing great effort and determination on the court. 

The conference day started with a match against Concordia University with set scores of 19-25, 21-25, and 16-25.  During the match, the Eagles kept pace on the first sets and showed strong defense and energy at the net. Ozarks totaled 24 kills and 44 digs, led by Brooke Humphrey with 9 kills, Lauralai Bradley had 15 digs, and Alyssa Carlisle with 17 assists.  

Despite the loss, Ozarks matched Concordia in blocks (3-3) and showed competitive stretches in the second set against the Tornados. 

The Eagles came back to the court to against Texas Lutheran University and fell 0–3, scoring sets of 14–25, 17–25, and 17–25. Ozarks put down 20 kills over the match and finished with a hitting percentage of –018. Standout performances included Brooke Humphrey (9 kills), Lauralai Bradley (8 digs), Alyssa Carlisle (9 assist), and Arianna Gomez (12 digs). 

The Eagles will take on Schreiner University October 5 in Texas.
