Shreveport, La. - The women's swim and dive team took a 98-82 win against Centenary College Saturday in Louisiana to move to 2-0 on the season.
 
In the 200 free, Samantha Naramore finished first with a time of 2:11.84. Isabel Shelton swam a 2:31.31 for fourth place. Gracie Morris was fifth with a 2:32.43. Journey Blackwell placed second in the 50 free swimming a 27.87. Lillian Reid swam a 32.53 and Sara Niemann swam a 33.46 for top-10 finishes. Jessie Wright won the 200 IM swimming a 2:32.10. Riley Holcomb followed with a 2:40.73 for second place. McKinley Mize was third with a 2:43.26. In the 100 fly, Naramore was second with a time of 1:06.79. Cecily Sanchez was fourth with a 1:13.14. Niemann was fifth with a 1:27.17. Blackwell won the 100 free posting a 1:03.23. Mize followed with a 1:04.35 for second place. Emma Gilmore was fifth with a time of 1:15.32. In the 100 back, Wright placed second swimming a 1:06.05. Reid was fifth with a time of 1:26.73 and Alexa Montanez was sixth with a time of 1:45.15. In the 500 free, Shelton was third swimming a 6:53.21 and Morris was fourth swimming a 7:03.19. Ashtyn Smith won the 100 breaststroke posting a 1:16.81. Sanchez followed with a second place finish swimming a 1:17.34. Holcomb was fourth with a time of 1:22.34.
     
The Eagles won the 200 free relay posting a 1:59.21.

The Eagles will host McMurry University November 7.
