THE BASICS
Clarksville, Ark. – Lyon College won its second straight game against the Eagles with a 58-51 victory on Friday night. The Eagles owned a narrow 30-29 halftime lead, but Lyon made a second half comeback to secure the game. Lyon's big push came in the final four minutes of the contest. The Scots held a four-point advantage, but scored nine points in the final four minutes to make an Eagle comeback tough. Lyon hit the first shot of the second half and never relinquished the lead even though the advantage never reached double digits. Lyon outrebounded the Eagles 52-36 in the game. Dylan Archey led the Eagles with 14 points and Adam Lopez added 13.  

TURNING POINT
Lyon made key plays down the stretch adding nine points in the final four minutes of the game to secure the non-conference contest.

TIP-INS
Jagger Worley came off the bench and hit three three-pointers and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.  

UP NEXT
The Eagles will travel to Jackson, Mississippi, for the Millsaps College Tournament December 29 and December 30. The Eagles will face Huntingdon College on Monday and Millsaps on Tuesday.
