THE BASICS
The Eagles competed in their second race of the season placing ninth at the 8k Rhodes College Invitational on Saturday morning. The meet featured NCAA I, NCAA II, and NCAA III teams across the Mid-South region. The first runner to cross the line for the Eagles was Daniel Sanderson, who placed 17th overall with a time of 26:25.16. Matthew Dunsworth followed placing 27th with a time of 26:50.66. Jase McAbee was 65th with a time of 28:06.17. Ruben Parra placed 67th with a time of 28:17.22. Jimmy Mann was 71st overall with a time of 28:26.11. Omarion Shaw was 77th overall with a time of 29:02.39. Kaleab Haileselassie ran a 29:15.45 for 81st place. Troy Putman was 95th with a time of 30:34.21 and Zachary Wilson was 118th with a time of 37:07.65
