Clarksville, Ark. – The University of the Ozarks athletic department has announced its sixth class of Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society members.
Chi Alpha Sigma recognizes college student-athletes who receive a varsity letter in their sport, achieve junior academic standing or higher after their fifth full time semester, display good character and earn a 3.50 or higher cumulative grade point average. The student-athletes were recognized at the department's athletic awards ceremony last week.
This year's chapter at Ozarks includes 19 student-athletes who excel in both the classroom and competition. A student-athlete can only become a member once during their collegiate career.
The 2025-2026 class includes
Joseph Hardin, a management major and baseball player from Mountain Home, Ark.;
Collin May, a finance major and baseball player from Aurora, Colorado;
Aiden Shea, a management major and baseball player from Parrish, Fla.;
Dylan Archey, a finance major and basketball player from Allen, Texas;
Dylan Ducharme, a finance and marketing major and basketball player from Dripping Springs, Texas;
Luke Proctor, a business technology education major and basketball player from Mountain Home, Ark.;
Samuel Rockwell, a management major and clay target athlete from Rogers, Ark.;
Riley Walerak, an environmental studies major and clay target athlete from Rose Creek, Minn.;
Luke Boyden, a health science major and tennis player from Zandvoort, Netherlands;
Brennan Bear, a management major and wrestler from Anadrako, Okla.; Riley Bevers, an elementary education major and softball player from Texarkana, Texas;
Amber Bryant, a health science major and softball player from Cane Hill, Ark.;
Jorden Hodges, a health science major and softball player from Preston, Mo.;
Lori-Ann Hughes, a psychology major and softball player from Leland, Miss.;
Halle Hernandez, a physical education major and soccer player from Siloam Springs, Ark.;
Jayla Lucas, a general studies major and soccer player from Catoosa, Okla.;
Brianna Devlin, a psychology major and diver from Topeka, Kan.;
Isabel Shelton, a political science major and swimmer from Scranton, Ark.; and
Jessie Wright, a biology major and swimmer from Decatur, Texas.
Chi Alpha Sigma is the first and only nonprofit organization that was established to recognize collegiate student-athletes who excel both on and off the field of competition from accredited four-year NCAA, NAIA, USCAA or NCCAA institutions. Founded in 1996 by then DePauw University head football coach, Nick Mourouzis, Chi Alpha Sigma continues to provide outstanding student-athletes with an opportunity to become connected within a fraternal association that aligns their educational and athletic successes for a lifetime.
