Clarksville, Ark. – Sophomore forward Hayden Pickering was named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the second straight week, the league office announced today. 

Pickering, a native of Muskogee, Okla., led Ozarks to its third straight unbeaten week highlighted by a spectacular performance against Mission University, recording a hat trick in the 4-0 win. He scored all three of his goals in the first half, including the game-winner. Pickering has the Eagles entering SCAC play this week riding an eight-game unbeaten streak. The current run is tied for the longest such streak since the program record of nine was set in 2005. The Eagles most recently strung together a streak of eight straight unbeaten fixtures in 2018.

Pickering is in rare company as he is the league-leader in points with 13 and is tied for the league lead in goals (5) and assists (3).

The Eagles open conference play this weekend at home against University of Dallas and Colorado College.
