Shauna Watson enters her third season as the head coach. Watson was hired in July (2021).
     
At Ozarks

  • Guided the 2024-25 team to the SCAC Championship Post-Season Tournament in first season competing in the SCAC
  • 2024-25 team tied the SCAC record for highest free throw percentage in a game going 21-of-21 (100%) against Austin College
  • Pulled off upset against No. 17 Mary Hardin-Baylor on Senior Night (2023-24)
  • Guided team to perhaps program's biggest win ever as the Eagles took down UT Dallas on their home floor in the ASC Championship Tournament (2023-24)
  • With win against UT Dallas in playoffs, the Eagles were the first team in ASC history to advance to semifinals as a No. 6 seed  (2023-24)
  • Coached the ASC Newcomer of the Year (2023-24)
  • Had three players rank among the ASC's top-20 in scoring (2023-24)
  • Had two players on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team (2023-24)
  • Team ranked second in the ASC in three-point percentage (30.2%) (2021-22)
  • Had one player ranked among ASC's top-10 scorers (2021-22)
  • Had two players ranked among ASC's top-10 in rebounding (2021-22)
  • McKenzie Greeson led the ASC in three-point percentage hitting 41.7 percent (2021-22)
  • Judy Forbes led the ASC in blocked shots at 1.8 per game (2021-22)
  • Team earned special status on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Academic Team Honor Roll
  • Coached the ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete (2021-22)
  • Had eight athletes on the ASC Academic All-Conference Team (2021-22)
  • Two players earned All-Conference honors in 2021-22

Head Coaching Accomplishments

  • Coached at NCAA III Earlham College (2017-2021)
  • Led Earlham College to three conference tournaments in four seasons
  • Guided Earlham to its first-ever conference tournament
  • Led the program to the conference tournament in her first season
  • Turned around a program that had won a combined six conference games in two seasons prior to her arrival

Assistant Coaching Accomplishments

  • Graduate assistant at Indiana Tech University (2015-2017)
  • Helped Indiana Tech to back-to-back 20-win seasons
  • Helped Indiana Tech to the NAIA National Tournament

Collegiate Playing Career/Accomplishments

  • Hanover College (2011-2015)
  • Three-year starting point guard
  • Led Hanover to a pair of appearances in the NCAA III National Tournament
  • Helped Hanover to the conference championship twice
  • Ranked second all-time in assists at Hanover

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication from Hanover College (2015)
  • Master's degree in organizational behavior from Indiana Tech University (2016)
