THE BASICS
Longview, Texas – The Eagles ended the regular season with a 66-58 loss against LeTourneau University on Saturday. The Eagles now prepare for the ASC Championship Tournament next. The Eagles will travel to Richardson, Texas, to face UT Dallas on February 20. Against LeTourneau, the Eagles jumped out to a 22-10 first quarter lead only to have the YellowJackets fight back in the second half. After three quarters, the Eagles led 44-42. LeTourneau then outscored the Eagles 24-14 in the fourth to secure the win. LeTourneau went on a 11-0 run in the fourth. Heaven Hayden scored 26 points and hit 11-of-13 from the free throw line.
