Walnut Ridge, Ark. – Williams Baptist University posted a 3-1 win against the Eagles Saturday afternoon in volleyball action.

Williams Baptist opened the match with a 25-15 win in the first set. But the Eagles battled back to a 25-20 win in the second set. Williams Baptist ended the third set with a 25-17 win and then secured the upset win with a 25-18 fourth set victory.
     
Brooke Humphrey led the team with 11 kills. Lauralai Bradley had ten digs while Jillian Childs and Gabby Dotson had 13 assists. Humphrey had 15 digs and Emerson Corbin contributed ten.

The Eagles will travel to Batesville September 16 for a match against Lyon College.
