Charlie Roffine was a multi-sport standout at Ozarks in the late 1940's, earning a total of 12 letters from 1947-1950. He was a four-year starter as a basketball player, a team captain and starting end as a football player, and a starter on the baseball team. In basketball, he earned All-AIC honors in 1949 and 1950. Roffine was a four-time winner of the university’s T.L. Smith athletic award, which was given to the college’s outstanding athlete.
